Neve Tzedek was founded in 1887, 22 years before the establishment of the city of Tel Aviv. The area suffered from neglection for many years. Only in the 1980s, it returned to its former glory, and since then has become an attractive residential area with plenty of restaurants, galleries and designer shops. Neve Tzedek's architecture is one of the highlights of the area. Houses adjacent to each other on tiny plots characterize the area. This new house, includes a garden unit and a roof unit, was planned on a plot of about 300 square meters. The housing units are family units and therefore issues such as privacy in a crowded area, the quality of the space and the important role of the garden, are key factors that were considered when planning in a place like Neve Tzedek. The connection between the interior and the external space gives an experience of space, especially on such small areas. An experience that brings us the air, light and nature that make it an integral part of the living space. The simplicity of the facades has been preserved and is characterized by the style of openings and elements that match Neve Tzedek's architectural language. The interior of the house received a modern language with touches of elements in the style of the character of the buildings in Neve Tzedek, with an emphasis on external views that allow an experience of space and connection to the place and its historical language.
