On a plot of 1000 square meters, two new houses were built. 3/4 of the lot was designated as a main home for the owners and their adult son. On 1/4 of the remaining plot a separate building was built for rent. The 2 buildings are close to the street front and parallel to each other. The façade of the rental building facing the main house is sealed. This façade is covered with brick stones arranged in a rhythm of arches. This façade forms the back to the courtyard between the houses. The main building is two-story with a tiled roof above it. A picturesque balcony faces from the master bedroom on the second floor towards the main garden. Next to the main building is a brick building with an adjacent pergola. The brick building serves as the living room. The brick structure completes the garden "square" with the swimming pool in its center. The layout of buildings on the lot gave the feeling of a "mansion" structure with a square garden adjacent to it along with a collection of buildings around. This layout has made the garden an integral part of the home and the relationship between the exterior and the interior. In the basement there is a separate unit for the elder son.
